CANCELLATION/‘NO-SHOW’ POLICY: Please be aware that a cancellation fee will be charged to your account if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as a ‘no-show’ fee that will be charged if you fail to arrive to your appointment. The cancellation/‘no-show’ fee will be 100% of the total service cost of your scheduled appointment and will automatically be charged to the card on file. This is a separate and independent charge from any future appointments that are scheduled. CARD POLICY: All new and existing clients must have a credit/debit card on file at all times in order to reserve an appointment time. This card cannot/will not be charged until the scheduled appointment. You will not be able to make an appointment if your account does not have a card on file. Clients can only keep up to one card on file at a time and may also change a card on file if they wish to use a different card moving forward. LATE POLICY: If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment and there was no communication made in regard, the appointment will be cancelled and deemed a ‘no-show’. The ‘no-show’ fee will automatically be charged and will require you to re-schedule at a later convenience. COVID POLICY: You will not be required to show proof of vaccination, however, you will be required to wear a mask at all times unless receiving certain facial services/treatments and will be asked to place mask back on once said services/treatments are done being performed. Every client is also required to have their temperature taken and will be refused service if they exceed the bodily temperature of 100°F.
